MIM3 started its Real Estate operations in May of 2015 and specializes in two main activities:
1. Management of Real Estate in all its forms
Real Estate is, although classified as an Alternative Investment, an integral part of a well-diversified portfolio. It can certainly provide protection towards a portfolio, including higher volatility assets, like stocks.
2. Development of Real Estate projects
The development of new Real Estate projects (primary market) in different sectors and regions is one of the main aspirations of MIM3 Real Estate.
Different projects are being developed at the moment.
